  • Permissions: iOS permissions such as Picture in Picture or notification access may be requested to display alerts.

b. Automatically Collected Information

  • App Usage and Diagnostics: Anonymous metrics like device model, iOS version, app version, and performance data to help fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Crash Logs: Error diagnostics from Apple’s crash reporting.

We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email, phone number, or precise location unless you provide them through a connected platform.

2. How We Use Information

  • Display real time stream alerts, super chats, sponsorship and subscriber messages in Picture in Picture.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve app features and performance.
  • Monitor and fix crashes, errors, and reliability issues.
  • Comply with Apple and platform policies for YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch.

We do not sell your data. We do not share data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Hover integrates with third party platforms. Your use of these platforms is governed by their policies.

We do not store personal information on our servers. Alert data is processed in real time and cleared when you close the app. Diagnostic data may be retained as needed to improve app stability and comply with legal requirements.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard information. No mobile or internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • Disconnect Accounts: Unlink YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch at any time in their settings.
  • Local Data: Delete the app to remove locally stored data.
  • Access or Questions: Contact us to ask about our data practices.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
